Certidão
Give me an address or a company's NIPC and I'll bring back the certificate — predial or comercial — requested, paid, validated and delivered. I don't cut corners on official documents.
bizAPIs reads Portuguese official sources at request time and returns structured JSON, with a PDF print of the source page when you want proof. The sources are the Autoridade Tributária, the commercial and land registers of the IRN, the RCBE beneficial ownership register, Segurança Social, Banco de Portugal, ADENE, ASF and INPI.

The obligations that come after you're incorporated — who really owns the company, and the annual filing. Give me a NIPC and I'll keep it in order.
I know the AT portals cold. Tax-standing certificates, NIF lookups, VAT and corporate filings — I fetch them without the queue.
I look after the people side — contributions, standing certificates, registrations. If someone's covered, I can prove it.
Only for the data a taxpayer can see about themselves: debt certificates, tax positions, Social Security status, the credit map, IRS returns. Those services take the person’s Portal das Finanças or Segurança Social Direta credentials, which bizAPIs uses for that request and never stores. Public registers (commercial register, RCBE, company status, NIF validation, insurance by licence plate) need only an identifier.
Each request reads the source portal when it arrives. Some services keep a short internal cache for performance; a cached answer is billed like a fresh one. Every response carries the date the source showed.
Yes. Services that read a document (CPRC, RCBE declaration, debt certificates, IES, IRS) can return the original as a base64 PDF, and any service can add a print of the page it read. That print is what auditors ask for.
Create an account in the web app and run any available service with the test data first. Real data needs a subscription, which the sales team activates per service.
