France: 1 API over official sources
For France, bizAPIs reads the Registre National des Entreprises (RNE), the single national business register that INPI has run since 1 January 2023. One call with a SIREN returns the company’s legal identification, registration status, structure and the other public details recorded in the register.

Is the RNE the official source for French companies?
Yes. Since 2023 the RNE, operated by INPI, is the single national register. The court registries (greffes) still hold the RCS, and the RNE consolidates that data with the former artisans’ and farmers’ registers.
Which identifier do I send?
The SIREN, the 9-digit company identifier. bizAPIs returns the record for that legal entity.
Is this available today?
Yes. The RNE service has a public API reference and test data, and you can run it in the web app.
