What is CPRC?

The CPRC is Portugal’s online, always-updated permanent commercial certificate for companies and other legal entities, issued by the Instituto dos Registos e do Notariado (IRN). This certificate confirms the current legal status of a commercial entity in Portugal. It provides a shareable access code and is also available in English.

What does CPRC provide?
